User Roles for CostPocket Company Cards

Three roles are relevant for the Cards service, each with a corresponding role in Mynt:

• Legal Representative (Admin in Mynt) — the person legally authorised to sign for the company. Only a legal representative can activate the card service by completing the KYC process. Has full card-management rights.
• Card Manager (Admin in Mynt) — assigned by the legal representative to any CostPocket user. Can manage all cards in the company account: view transactions, set limits, order cards for new users, and apply for credit.
• Submitter (User in Mynt) — can review their own transactions in CostPocket or Mynt and freeze their own cards.

Who should be a Card Manager? Typically the office manager, finance lead, or accountant — anyone who orders cards and sets limits for the team.

Can an employee freeze their own card? Yes, submitters can freeze and unfreeze their own cards; terminating a card requires a card manager.
