How to cancel the CostPocket Company Cards service?

You can cancel CostPocket Company Cards at any time. There are two paths, depending on whether you want to keep using CostPocket for expense management.

Option 1. Stop using Cards, keep CostPocket

1. Terminate the cards. Log in to CostPocket or Mynt and terminate all active physical and virtual cards.
2. Withdraw your balance. Contact Mynt support to transfer remaining funds to your business account. How to transfer funds back.
3. Nothing else needed — your CostPocket account stays active and you can keep digitising documents as usual.

Option 2. Full cancellation (Cards and CostPocket)

1. Clear the Mynt account — terminate cards and withdraw the balance as above.
2. Email support@costpocket.com — the team will close your organisation and archive your data.
