Activate CostPocket Company Cards

Activation takes three steps: issue a card in CostPocket, verify your business with our partner Mynt, and top up your account. It requires Smart-ID and must be performed by a legal company representative; full setup can take up to 2 business days.
Before you begin
Open the CostPocket Cards section: in Cloud it's in the main navigation; in the mobile app go to Settings > CostPocket Cards. If you are not the legal representative, ask an authorised colleague to perform the activation.
Step 1. Issue a card in CostPocket
Issue a virtual or physical card for yourself or a colleague. See your options when issuing a card.
Step 2. Verify your business (KYC)
You are securely redirected to Mynt to set up your account (via passkey or email) and complete the business verification.
- Signature method: only Smart-ID is supported.
- Timeline: typically a few hours, up to 2 business days.

Step 3. Top up your account
Fund the account before making purchases, using one of two methods:
- Bank transfer to Mynt's DNB Bank account in Finland β payment instructions are in the Mynt app under Account > Add Money.
- Credit (Finland only) β buy now, pay later with a 30-day credit line. Read about credit options.
Once your account is funded, your cards are ready to use.
Frequently asked questions
Why is Smart-ID required? Business verification is a legal requirement for financial services, and Mynt uses Smart-ID as the supported signature method for it.
How long until we can pay with the cards? Verification usually completes within a few hours (up to 2 business days); virtual cards work as soon as the account is funded.
