Card types
Last updated July 15, 2026
CostPocket offers two card types — virtual and physical — and you can mix them freely depending on each user's needs. All cards are Visa Platinum Business cards with the highest security level Visa provides.
Virtual cards
- Issued instantly.
- Best for online subscriptions (Google Ads, SaaS tools) and one-off digital purchases.
- Can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-store use.
Physical cards
- Traditional plastic cards delivered to your address.
- Best for frequent travellers and team members who prefer a physical card.
- Include a PIN for high-value transactions.
Works like credit where it matters
CostPocket cards are credit-like debit cards: they process like credit cards for holds and guarantees, so you can rent cars, book hotels, and use services that require a credit card.
