CostPocket ↔ Mynt Action Split
Last updated July 15, 2026
Until the full card service is integrated into CostPocket (planned for the second half of 2026), responsibilities are split between the two platforms. Here's the map.
Managed in CostPocket
- Service activation — the legal representative initiates the process
- User administration — adding users and managing personal details
- Accounting — submitting expenses for reconciliation and forwarding to accounting
Managed in Mynt
Mynt is the financial core of the setup:
- Account setup — completing the KYC procedure
- Card administration — ordering, activating, and blocking cards
- Finances — applying for credit, topping up, and setting individual spending limits
- Documentation — accountants can retrieve balance confirmations and account statements
Use Mynt in the browser at app.mynt.com or via the Mynt app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Frequently asked questions
Where does my accountant get the month-end statement? From Mynt — balance confirmations and account statements are available there, while the matched expense documents flow through CostPocket to accounting.
Will everything eventually move into CostPocket? That's the plan — full card management inside CostPocket is targeted for the second half of 2026.
