Last updated July 6, 2026
How accurate is CostPocket digitisation?
Short answer: CostPocket AI digitisation accuracy was 97.4% in June 2026.
Long answer: accuracy varies by data field, document format, and country of origin. On average, key data fields were detected with 97.4% accuracy during June 2026. We measure three things:
- Recognition frequency β how often a data field is detected
- Recognition precision β how often the detected field's value is correct
- Cumulative precision β how often the field is both detected and correct

CostPocket tests digitisation accuracy weekly by comparing AI results with human verification. Every detected error is used to improve the recognition algorithms.
Accuracy is significantly higher for documents from Central and Eastern Europe, where the majority of our customers are based, though we process documents from more than 70 countries.

How is accuracy measured? Weekly, by comparing AI digitisation output against human-verified results across real customer documents.
