Getting started as a company owner
Last updated July 6, 2026
Setting up CostPocket for your company takes six steps: register an account, add your company, connect your accounting software, choose a plan, invite your team, and switch on any extra features you need.
Step 1. Register an account
Download the CostPocket app for Android or iPhone, or use the Cloud environment on desktop, and register your account.
Step 2. Add your company
Register your company in CostPocket.
Step 3. Connect your accounting software
Add an integration under Settings > Accounting software integration. CostPocket connects with more than 30 platforms — see the full list of integrations.
Step 4. Choose a pricing plan
All new companies start on the free demo plan (1 user, 5 documents per month). When you're ready, select the plan that fits your volume — see the pricing overview for a comparison.
Step 5. Add users and administrators
Invite your team and assign admin roles: add users and admins. Typically, the owner and the accountant are administrators; everyone else submits as a regular user.
Step 6. Explore additional features
Once the basics are running, consider:
- Receiving e-invoices (€1 = 100 e-invoices)
- Automated posting
- Item line digitisation
