Robot digitisation (Robo)

Instant AI digitisation. The submitter or accountant verifies the digitised data.

Robo with monthly billing

• €6 + VAT per user per month.
• Each user adds 100 document digitisations per month to the company's shared monthly limit.
• If the limit is exceeded, 100 extra documents are added and €6 + VAT is charged to the invoice.
• Item line digitisation can be enabled at no additional cost.

Robo with yearly billing

• €59 + VAT per user per year, invoiced in advance when you select the plan.
• Each user adds 1,200 document digitisations per year to the company's limit.
• Item line digitisation can be enabled at no additional cost.

Human-verified digitisation (Pay as you go)

CostPocket's specialists check every document's digitised data in two rounds before it is forwarded to accounting. Average processing time is about 5 hours within a working day, with 99.5% data accuracy.

• €0.40 + VAT per digitised document.
• The first 3 users are free; each additional user costs €2 + VAT per month.
• Item line digitisation costs €0.05 + VAT per line, human-reviewed.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan should a small company choose? If someone in your company (or your accountant) is happy to glance over the digitised data, Robo is the most economical. If you want guaranteed accuracy with no internal review, choose Pay as you go.

What happens if we exceed our monthly document limit on Robo? CostPocket automatically adds 100 extra documents and charges €6 + VAT.
