CostPocket's 2024 Highlights

During 2024, CostPocket’s digitisation robot processed nearly 6 million expense documents - 38% more than in 2023. If done manually, this would amount to almost 30 million minutes of work for an accountant. The pile of documents would weigh 18 tonnes - equivalent to 6 CyberTrucks on an accountant’s shoulders. We are happy to lift all that weight with our document digitisation services!

The growth would not have been possible without our customers: over 3,500 companies joined CostPocket to optimize their accounting processes last year. We thank all our existing and new customers for trusting their business with us.

Digitisation Accuracy Improvements

During 2024, we continued improving our digitisation technology. Since summer, we integrated modern AI systems into our in-house machine-learning processes and algorithms. This has helped improve the digitisation precision accuracy rate from 90.9% in December 2023 to 93.5% in December 2024.

New Features

Last year, we released several long-awaited features making accounting more efficient:

• Automated Posting : we employ AI to predict expense dimensions by learning from your accounting history, eliminating the need to manually categorize expenses every time. Fine-tune accuracy by setting up custom rules yourself. Currently works only with Merit Aktiva, but we have plans to expand the feature with other accounting software providers.
• Line Digitisation with Robo : detect all item lines in your documents with the Robo plan. If this is useful for your business, turn it on at Settings > Other Services. It’s free for now! While this service was launched late in the year, over 700 companies are already using it.
• Automated Payment Card Reports : automate reporting of payment cards by matching card transactions synced from your bank with submitted expense documents, highlighting transactions without supporting documents. Join 200+ companies already automating their payment card reports to save time.

New Integration Partners

With 5 more integrations in 2024, we have reached a total of 51 accounting software integrations with CostPocket. Last year, we partnered with Intaxo, Enova, and Comarch Optima in Poland, EmCe in Finland, and 1C in Latvia and Estonia. More integrations coming in 2025!
