2025 was a year of significant growth in our customer base and document volume, and additionally we are most proud of the leap in our digitisation accuracy.

2025 at a Glance:

1. Growing Community: We ended the year serving 24.4% more companies than in 2024.
2. Scale of Impact: Our platform processed 8.1 million documents this year—a 38% increase. We are already eyeing the 10-million mark for 2026!
3. Accountants’ Favourite: After the launch in 2024, Automated Posting became our most-loved feature, utilized by 4,200 companies. Discover automated posting.
4. Precision: 3,300 companies using Line Digitization have processed a staggering 9.9 million invoice lines in 2025. If you’re on the Robo plan, you can access this feature for free. Read more about our line digitisation feature.
5. Yearly Robo plan launch: nearly 300 companies have traded 12 monthly payments for one simple annual invoice. Switch to the Yearly Robo Plan today in app or cloud Settings > Manage Subscriptions. Note! The yearly plan is available only to companies paying for CostPocket services directly, not through their accountant. 
6. The Rise of E-Invoices: Adoption is accelerating with 722 companies processing over 102,000 e-invoices this year. 
7. Enhanced Control: 349 companies now use our Approval Rounds feature. Out of 134,000 documents reviewed, almost 1.1% were caught and rejected, ensuring higher financial integrity.

Breakthroughs in Accuracy

Precision is the heart of what we do. In December 2023, our accuracy stood at 90.9%. By the end of 2024, we reached 93.5%. This year, by leveraging advanced AI and integrating it into the CostPocket digitisation robot, we achieved a new record of 96.9% digitization accuracy.

Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond

We aren't slowing down. Throughout the final months of 2025, we’ve been hard at work preparing for the launch of CostPocket Company Cards. In just a few weeks in February, these cards will integrate directly with your account to make expense management even more seamless.
